The immediate local area, and North Cornwall beyond, is known for its great surfing beaches, Trebarwith Strand and Bossiney both being within walking distance of the property, beautiful coastal and inland walks with miles of coastal and inland footpaths to explore and fishing from the beach, rocks or by local charter boats. The picturesque village of Boscastle is only 3 miles away with the towns of Wadebridge, Padstow, Bude and Newquay all within driving distance and the renowned Eden Project only a 45 minute drive away.
The nearby village of Port Isaac has become renowned the world over as Port Wenn, the setting for the very popular tv series “Doc Martin”. Some epidsoes featured filming in Tintagel. More recently, the county of Cornwall has attracted many visitors seeking to visit the area where “Poldark” was set.
